The Thesis

Why NANINT exists.

Surface-protection technology is a craft of decades, not product cycles. Silane formulations, nano-chemistries, applied know-how: these don't emerge from catalogues. They come from 25 years of laboratory iteration and field discipline.

NANINT's thesis is simple: the world needs this technology in more places than one company can serve. Direct export from Germany scales linearly. Partnership scales exponentially.

We structure that partnership through a Swiss holding: neutral jurisdiction, long-term thinking, protected licensee rights. German R&D provides the substance. Swiss governance provides the framework. Licensees provide the market.

Who We Work With

Partnerships are curated, not distributed.

NANINT operates a two-tier licensing model. Master licensees receive exclusive rights to their territory; certified applicators work within those territories. We vet every candidate carefully: serious conversations typically run 3 to 6 months before a licensing agreement is signed.

Ideal partner profiles

01 Suitability: High

Distributors

Established industrial or construction-adjacent distributors with direct relationships to contractors, facility-management firms or public-sector procurement.

02 Suitability: High

System Integrators

Companies integrating specialty chemistries into larger service offerings: façade specialists, infrastructure contractors, industrial maintenance providers.

03 Suitability: Strategic

Facility Networks

Multi-site operators of transit, public infrastructure or commercial real estate who can roll out surface-protection across their portfolio.

Partnership Process

From first conversation to first project, typically 3 to 6 months.

We do not sign under pressure. A serious licensing relationship is a multi-year commitment on both sides. This is the process we run with every qualified inquiry:

01
Phase 01 // Week 1

Inquiry

Confidential first-contact conversation. We introduce the platform, you describe your market position, distribution footprint and strategic intent.

Deliverables
  • Partnership brief
  • Mutual NDA
  • Executive summary of applicable territories
02
Phase 02 // Weeks 2–6

Qualification

Mutual due diligence. We evaluate operational capacity, market knowledge and strategic fit. You evaluate product, technical depth and commercial terms.

Deliverables
  • Capability audit (both sides)
  • Reference calls with existing partners
  • Term sheet draft
  • Financial model review
03
Phase 03 // Weeks 6–10

Licensing

Formal licensing agreement. Territory defined, exclusivity confirmed, commercial terms signed. Framework typically 5–10 years with structured renewal options.

Deliverables
  • Master License Agreement
  • IP sublicensing terms
  • Training plan
  • Launch roadmap
04
Phase 04 // Months 3–12

Launch Support

Technical commissioning and market entry. We embed with your team for the first projects, certify the first applicator group and support the sales build-up.

Deliverables
  • First 3 projects supervised on-site
  • Certification of the first applicator group
  • Joint marketing material
  • Ongoing technical hotline
Proof Stack

Not a launch, a continuation.

NANINT does not bring a speculative technology to market. It licenses a proven system that has been refined over a quarter century, with verifiable field performance.

From the founders
"Surface-protection is a craft of decades. Distributing it through occasional resellers undersells the work. NANINT is the structure this technology deserves: German R&D, Swiss oversight, transparent terms."
